        Fantastic customer service, thank you Edgar for fixing my phone. He replaced the screen, fixed the water damage and gave me what amounts to a NEW phone for less than 200 dollars. That may seem high but to rent a Verizon LG phone now would have cost me 425 dollars a year!!!! I have my phone, don't have to learn a new phone and all my apps are where I want them! I would go back again, and again!!

        Rudest people i have ever worked with "i am on this side of the counter because i know what im talking about, you dont" they will swear in your face.

        I'm not sure how the other employees are, but we recently went to try to sell a few phones and the guy "helping" us was unnecessarily rude and quick to get frustrated for no reason. We respectively offered an amount after he had already asked how much we were looking for and he rudely declined us and did not try to make any sort of deal with us in the slightest even though we were open for anything. No deal was made.
