Angela was great. Even gave me some great food options for breakfast since I was a little early. I'll use her on all my buisness trips from here on out.

Absolutely no complaints, only praise for fast&courteous service, 15 min b4 Sunday closing time on a football playoff afternoon. Reserved Full Size car, got a beautiful F150 upgrade. Honestly surprised re all the poor ratings..maybe everyone needs a bit more empathy and tougher skin. AMERICA STRONG!

Substandard independent avis/budget franchise location. Chatty and grossly inefficient sole desk agent. No after hours drop-off. Basically a one-room rented in a motel location with literally no dedicated secured parking lot.

If I can give a negative I would. The reservation was at certain time,we got there and the rental was not ready, the agent Angela said they called me to make sure I was getting the rental and when I arrived she told me that she wanted to make sure I was getting the rental so she can clean it. When we get there to get our rental it was still dirty and on top of that nothing worked on the vehicle, then she promised to reduce the rental by a half day when we returned the vehicle and we did and she only gave 75 off the rental which was not half day. She cleaned the van and made us wait 1.5 hours for her to clean. Horrible place to get a vehicle. Don't go there. The agent said she always gets bad reviews and I know why. She said she wanted to help people and that is not true.
