        I was charged a smoking fee for a 5 hour rental and I have never smoked in my life. I will never use hertz again.

        This place doesnt exist. We came from NY and we were extremely exhausted. The car rental (hertz) was 30 minutes away and we ubered there. We came to a very expensive hotel and they told us that hertz wasnt even placed in this area. Keep in mind, we got a confirmation code and payed already for this car. We were so disappointed but ubered to another hertz nearby. It also, indeed, didnt exist. We were left with, no car, 95 degree weather, suitcases, and an awful mood. Never rent from this place, i would give 0 stars if i could.
