Very professional, clean and friendly. However, since they are a chain, their insurance seems a bit conservative and any piercing that may not be considered mainstream will be a problem. I also found their selection of jewelry to be limited, but adequate for most piercings.

Easily my best piercing studio experience ever! While I was traveling in Phoenix, my ear lobe had swollen so much that my piercing was starting to sink into my skin, causing immense pain. HTC was able to accommodate an emergency appointment to switch to a longer post. Torin was super patient and careful with my piercing, something that I had not experienced at my local piercer. I was incredibly grateful for the relief and advice he provided - I actually had no idea that flying could result in swelling, that is until Torin informed me! I wish I was local so that I could easily get more piercings at HTC, but hopefully I can make another trip soon!
