Went a total of two times, helped by the same woman. I tried to give it a second chance today, and she was insanely unhelpful,
& unknowledgeable with no customer service skills. So disappointed because I want to support a local shop, but save your time and go with a list of very basic needs, and it will be fine. You will know more than they do, but they do have all the basics you would need in a pinch.

I came here to get a tattoo covered up and not only did the tattoo NOT hide my old tattoo, it also got infected!! I have plenty of tattoos and Ive never gotten an infection. The needles had to have been dirty. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Do not go here!
