This place is a huge joke. My spouse and I opened our account with this branch last summer. We have had nothing but issue after issue with this bank. We always deal with Ellen and Terah Johnson. Terah always speaks to us like we are the dirt she walks on. Neither one of these employees have ever went out of the way to assist us. Where there are issues they never have an answer they always have to call another department and for some reason other departments are not located on the west coast but in CST. I can pick the phone up and the number on the back of my debit card and can get my answers and am told that the branch should have been able to give me the information. Also, Ellen speaks to my spouses former employer about our account information. It should not be anyone elses business how much money I have in the account but me and the bank. They should not tell anyone about it. My final straw was last week when they Zero our account out and when I called the bank they could not tell me what was going on and told me that they would have to call us the next day. I never received a call. They lie about everything. We have never had the amount of issues with any other bank we have used. We will be going back to Wells Fargo!!!!!
