        1 teller, 9 customers in line, on a lunch hour. Teller walked away with branch manager to count till for armored guard pick up. Waited 15 minutes - they didn’t return and the other staff milling around and chatting it up said they only had 1 teller. Really! Walked out went to another branch (and that wasn’t the first time).

        This is the BEST BOFA branch I have ever been to . It's close to my home so I consider it "my" branch. Staff is so pleasant and professional. I never feel rushed and am always treated well. LISA is super informative and helpful. We love to see her 😍

        I have been in line for almost 10 minutes and there is only 1 teller. There are 2 employees standing in the lobby watching saying there will be another teller soon she is at lunch. What I don’t understand is if there 2 employees just standing around why won’t they help to lessen the line?! Just makes no sense! What happened to good customer service?
