I just opened a account at Midfirst bank. Wrote a check to open account. The money was removed next day from my PNC account. 6 days later I contacted Midfirst to see why my money had not been deposited. They removed it from PNC. The gentle man on the phone told me a deposit on 5-2-23 would be cleared by 5-17-23. WoW. Not sure if I will move the rest on my money there. This is strike 1 and 2. Micheal who helped my should have mentioned long holds on large transfers. Maybe wiring would have been a better way. I wrote a check to deposit.

Ill give you one more month before closing my account. You have one cash machine outside? Your Loomis truck today 11/17/22 taking 30 min and I need cash. Service has gone down. Open at 8am since banks hours are limited anyways.

I would give them zero stars if I could. We opened a checking account in Feb 2021. I've been contacting Jake Sugges since then and now Jonathan Hefflinger. It is now November 11, 2022. I still don't have electronic access to our account and both Jake and Jonathan have continued to ignore me. Run far away from this place! We will be closing our account and taking our business to a bank that values its customers.

I have had nothing but good experiences here in the simple needs I've had with depositing cash & checks. I also love that they have a coin machine!
