We took our class C motorhome which is built on a Mercedes sprinter chassis to the Benz shop for scheduled service including an oil change, a transmission fluid change and the windshield wipers needed replacing and fixing. It was a great experience. They got us in on time and were done exactly when they said they would be. Nathaniel was very helpful, answered all of my questions and communicated with me all along the way. I would highly recommend this shop. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change, Transmission

Professional and meticulous about their work. Took the time to explain the repairs. Was able to repair my vehicle on short notice. That said, their prices are not far, if not same as the dealer, at least you get a loaner and a free car wash with the dealer.

The service was right on, the diagnostics i would have never figured out with a plug in. They've fixed 2 of my mercedes without a hitch. Very trustworthy and timesaving
