I've been to IAS a few times now for oil changes and they also looked into a small leak on my Audi A5. Rather than talk me into some costly unnecessary work, they brought me out to my car and showed me what they knew. From that inspection we agreed it would be better to keep an eye on it and do the work if it gets much worse. Thanks for not trying to scare me into doing a bunch of work. I really appreciate the honesty.

I took my 12 VW Jetta to Independent Auto because I didn’t trust the dealership in North Scottsdale. I have not tried taking the vehicle anywhere else since my first appointment. Pricing and knowledgeable staff have laid to rest any concerns I ever had about my vehicle and I can’t stop recommending people to them.

We have been using Independent auto since 2010. I wouldn't use anyone else if at all possible. They have always been more than honest and at a very fair cost. Once had a new timing belt replaced with all the other items required with this type of service. After just barely under a year my car developed a problem that was attributed to the work on the timing belt install, just a failed gasket. Without question they redid the complete job at no cost.
