I've used a lot of bitcoin ATMs, and was excited to see a new machine close to my apartment. Unfortunately, this company does not publish their rates, but make it appear that they give much better rates than they do by posting a btc price on their website that is a hundred dollars over spot. What they actually charge you, is around 10-12% on top of this inflated "exchange" price even though the price on every exchange is around $150 less. So not only is this company one of the highest priced in the area, but they are so greedy they sent the transaction with a bottom of the barrel fee which has failed to get confirmed in any of the last 3 blocks even though there is only minimal backlog. Every other bitcoin atm at least sends the transfer with an extra ten or fifteen cents above minimum so it confirms quickly. Not these guys. They send bare minimum and you will probably be sitting for hours waiting and hoping the transaction gets picked up in the next block.
