Bayside Apartments

We have lived at Bayside for over 4 years and love our home! The office staff is amazing and helpful! Tracey and Rebecca are very knowledgeable and eager to help with any situation! The maintenance staff, John and Carlito are prompt, respectful, and very good at maintaining our property and dealing with repairs when necessary! I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for not just an apartment but a home!

First and for most, I am not one to complain or make reviews. Felt the need to share so no one else has to deal with this. But a few months before my lease was up, I noticed TERMITES hanging on my wall. I put in a maintenance request to get this fixed, and they left me a voicemail saying they could not get this fixed for 3 months. This is absolutely disgusting and inhabitable. I also did not get my security deposit back and still owe almost $200. This is absolutely ridiculous, do better Bayside. Highly dont recommended living here unless you want to face this problem! Also, the parking here is awful.

Bayside is the place to live if you are looking for NW location. The newly remodeled units have great floor plans and the amenities - community area, pool and gym.
