Ive been in this community for 7 years. Before just $35-40 increase for new contract but last year they add $250 and this year again $200 . This is terrible . $1650 for 2 bed and 1 bath 1000 square feet.

Raised rent 300+ dollars to release for another 13 months, and another 250 to release again after already raising 300 last release, rent has almost doubled in 2 years for a far out dated unit. That makes sense considering the current market, but other communities offer updated gorgeous units for cheaper. Will be moving. Stay away, they will raise rent by at least 250 every year.

I really love living here. The pool next to the office is always clean and seems like no one ever uses it. The gym was always very clean, when we went. Speed bumps are a little dangerous, so go extremely slow. One of our steps was damaged, when our neighbors moved out, and they were very quick to fix it when I let them know about.So those who are saying the walls are paper thin, I honestly dont know how. I never hear my neighbors except in the morning, when it's very quiet and i am sitting in the living room, and they open and close the door. That is the only time I hear my neighbors. Yes we had a cockroach or two, but you can ask the front to exterminate. Unfortunately we had COVID when they were to come, so a little diatomaceous earth fixed that right up. Our appliances are not up to date, but everything works like normal. We are not too thrilled about the massive increase in rent but hoping to stay for a few more years.
