Palm Aire Apartments

I have lived here for over 3 years, and have seen the previous managers literally screw up a decent apt. Complex, now with a new manager, Mary Cruz and her assistant Miriam Rodriguez and with the backing of Cody a regional Manager, they are actually getting things doneI was undecided about even staying here but after talking to and understanding everything thats happened and going on, and yes I did ask the tough questions and came away with a positive sense that they care and are doing exactly what it takes to make this a decent place to live and most importantly want to live herePete Baker.

I live at these awful apartments and this how I have to document this black Mold in building 5. the mold in the dish is what I tested from the Air in my bedroom. I cant seem to get any help from the front office. I asked the workers to move me but they came in my apartment and sprayed kills over the mold in my bedroom and when I asked what is going to happen next she said we took care of it I am getting sick and my ankles are swollen and my stomach is so tight I cant breath!!! I will be buying mold test kits and handing them out to my neighbors to make everyone aware of this problem. I have medical records and have contacted BBB and have contacted a lawyer I am tired of paying to live in a water damaged apartment and Now they will mess with me for this so I'm going to be updating everyday what the apartments are doing about this problem.

Well, I had to wait for a front door repair for over 6 months. I waited a year and a half for a bedroom door. Char asked me if I really needed a door. A/C ran so bad it costs me nearly $300 a month. Cockroaches and then the final blow. I found bedbugs, after I found a maintenance guy sitting on my bed. I reported to Shar, new management came in last year. The new interim manager told me they would have to verify it. I showed him the bites all over the back of my legs. They waited until I was back out of town, Oregon, to send me a new Lease, through the portal. Part of it stipulated that I would have to pay for the bedbug irradiation. When I came back, problem still existed. I slept in my van that night, then a hotel the next day. Flew back up for work. When I returned that October I wasn't allowed to even retrieve my motorcycle from the property, they had it towed off. I lost everything. All my possessions, TV, home theatre, over 80 BLU RAYS. I wouldn't step within a mile of that cesspool
