I was solo maintenance 15 years ago at this place, I lived in #114 and worked there for years. At that time these apartments were in really bad shape. I drove by there the other day and WOW! This place has gone down hill like a boulder down a steep slope. During my tenure I used to call the catwalks "Widow Makers" hated going up there. Mold is in every unit the roaches were intense. I had 10 work orders a day pertaining to the roaches. I doubled as security and dealt with all kinds and I mean all kinds. I see the druggies have gotten worse. One time I got robbed at the country market because I didn't want to buy dope. Don't venture out after dark. The subflooring is rotten and falling in especially in the studio unit above the office. The Tennant that lived there fell through the floor and was forced to live there with the hole for years.I can't believe the rent there getting now for these substandard apartments. They were bad when I was there and bound to be worse now. If this is your only option then move there. If there's any way to avoid moving there take it. This should be a last resort, absolutely last resort

Honestly, this place is really worth it better than nothing because mostly apartment always rejected on me because I am deaf. Also, this apartment is affordable better than other. Only I know this area pretty much Drugs Criminal and robbery history, but better than OLD APARTMENT "Desert Sand Apartment". Those former old company apartment is worse ever I witnessed since 6 yrs ago. Those old apartment have high bad history than Contempo 15. THIS YEAR IS 2020. New company "Contempo 15" This apartment so much better than before. I moved in 3 months ago. Model are upgraded and it so beautiful ever i saw. I love it so much at here because it better nothing to survive it to have a place. I don't get any trouble from people too. Hopefully have a nice day.
