If i could give this place 0 stars i would. Renter beware this place and spinnaker landing who manages it are SLUM LORDS. When we moved in our apartment had bed bugs which we ended up paying for. Then we struggled for almost 2 years to get them to replace our AC. our apartment would reach temperatures of 112-115 regularly. We had to serve them legal documents requesting the repair before it was finally fixed. I put in repeated repair requests to get my oven fixed and when we finally got a new oven it had no rack which remained in that condition until we moved out. I had to prop food side ways on an oversized oven rack to bake. After that Cindy Garcia did everything in her power to evict us. Served us 10 day notices saying we broke complex rules. We again had to take legal action to defend ourselves from a wrongful eviction. We had photographed proof that we were not responsible for the accusations. Now it's 2 years later we can't rent ANYWHERE because they say we owe them 1200 dollars. We were never notified that we owed this money and when we try to pay off the account balance they magically can't find it. Don't EVER rent here you will regret it for years.
