Greenridge Apartments

The apartments are under New Management. The New Manager is very nice and professional. She just recently took over the property(within the last few months). The property was renovated in 2017.

I love these apartments so quitr and peace full amd clean compared to most places i lived but i am really upset with the pool area rhe water is dirty and thekids / teens have no respect for the pool area they go swimming with their shoes socks and they eat in the pool area as well and no adults are ever seen with them they also are in the pool with younger kids than 7 ive seen in the pool area at night i love the environment here staff is super nice id give this place a 5 🌟 if they could just keep up with the pool area

Walls are beyond thin, refusal to let one know when there will be work done to the apartment, aka you'll never know when the water will be on/off. If i could give it less than one start, i would be. Please try your best to avoid this horrible investment.

Horrible place to live. Honeslty, just rented an apartment there because I was in a rush and found no other better place to stay. They want to charge you for everything, prices go up all of a sudden. Not to mention they have bed bugs and the apartments are infested with crickets. They fixed their gate and charged us for the key and we payed for it but the gate stopped working out of nowhere and they didn't bother fixing it. Their office staff is never there, they take 2 hour and 45 min lunch break it's ridiculous. They never answer the phone either. Bad place to live.
