I just recently moved into East 3434. What initially caught my attention was the low prices, units are spacious, newly renovated and came with a washer and dryer. I was planning on checking out a few other places before making a decision but after meeting Levi I was pretty much set on moving in. Instead of blindly filling out rental applications he sat down with me and asked me questions to see if being approved was a possibility. I really felt like I was in good hands so if you're thinking about moving into 3434 definitely call and ask for Levi. I also had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer, the new property manager she's very kind and was very accommodating and went above and beyond for me. The staff here out truly amazing.

Home sweet home..... recently moved in and extremely happy with my choice.... decided on a very roomy 2 bedroom including washer and dryer! Levi in the office was super accommodating and really made the leasing process seems seamless and very stress-free! ... Definitely recommend if your looking for a new place to call home!

The maintenance supervisor (Michael) is stellar. Property has completely turned around. New management. New standards. New maintenance supervisor has been accountable, professional, and punctual. The new online request system is revoluantary and past due. Love the fresh energy!

Update :didn’t get approved I asked if it was anything at all I could do they still turned me down 4 months pregnant and have nowhere to go because of my fiancé’s credit I even asked if u could just take him off the application they still denied us even though we could have definitely used being at a cheaper place we got into the apartments we are at now real easy we pay 1108.83 each month no way we weren’t able to get this apartment and it’s cheaper
