Glad to know that this place has new owners..previous owner was neglectful and the place was infested with roaches and bedbugs...wish them all the best with this property..as the apartments are cute and surrounded by orange trees..good location near Spectrum Mall and the light rail..I lived there for 10 months...

I haven't moved in yet. The new owners seem like a wonderful and caring set. Shannon was extremely helpful and very pleasant to with. They will be updating the apartment I am set to move into in about 2 months. I will give it 4 stars for now. I will up date my review after I have moved in a spent some quality time in my new place. I think it's going to be great! PS.. I love those orange trees, can't wait for the aroma of the spring blossoms!!!!🍊🌳

Nice, small complex. Quiet and friendly neighbors. Laundry and swimming pool, covered assigned parking.***UPDATE** New owners as of September 2020 and remodeling units as they become vacant. Rent will increase I'm not sure how much. Management and maintenance live on property now.
