Arcadia 52 Apartments

I only lived here for a year and couldn't wait to leave. This place is good for 1 person to 2 people the most. It's too small. The bottom floor always has leaks. The bathroom is too small to fit in. The parking is terrible it's very limited and people park in your spot and it never gets towed. Don't bump music. The walls are very sensitive. Good luck getting maintenence over at a reasonable time. Property Manager never responds back. I don't recommend at all.

Stay away, you have been warned. Unless you like a remote manager named Ayleen Pesqueria who is incompetent at her job as your manager then so be it. She NEVER responds to your calls or emails. They have an online portal for you to log in your maintenance issues...however, it clears itself automatically every ten (10) days so they don't get in trouble with the city. If that's not a joke, I don't know what is. The floorplans have been renovated, but they're obsolete. The kitchens are thimble sized as are the bathrooms. If you're a little person, this is the place for you.

The management here is completely incompetent. They don't respond, particularly Aileen, to calls of any type, and their contractors are equally as incompetent. They make you want to live elsewhere. Avoid moving here you have been warned.

The units themselves are lovely and residents are nice but the grounds are very poorly cared for and the management is very slow to respond to requests.
