Now called Ocotillo Estates Apartments firmly known as Crest apartments Apartments are infested with roaches! Doesn’t matter if your a clean tenant you will get roaches cuz the whole complex has them. Also was told by another tenant that bed bugs is also common here. The price for rent is way to much for the location we’re in and pay way to much considering all the problems these apartments has. Alley is always dirty due to drug heads and bombs digging through the trash!! It’s very disgusting and unsafe. With high traffic through the alleys , there’s a lot of car break-ins. This area is very ghetto and nasty. Property is not kid friendly so if you have children that wants to play this is not the place for you. Apartments has an odor that never goes away. If you neighbor is cooking, the scent sinks through your vents, and you can hear everything your neighbor is doing cuz the walls are like paper thin. Maintenance is slow at responding So the request would never get worked on or it will get done weeks later or Never!!! They want you to pay your rent on time but can’t even fix things. Nothing gets done or it gets semi fixed. If I were you, I would take all that money and move into a place that’s worth what your paying cuz this is the slums. They will lie and say how much the place has improved but really nothing will change!! This is an honest review so if you do decide to move here I swear you will regret it unless this is the kind of lifestyle your used to or don’t mind!! I’m counting down the months til my lease is up. Now apartments are under surveillance like were inmates or something which they should only have cameras outside of the gates where the cars are. That’s what they need to watch. This has been the worst apartments I lived in. I didn’t do my research before I moved here cuz I rushed into a place but hopefully you will. If you like roaches, things not getting repaired, smelly place, senior living community (not kid friendly), crackheads always digging through the trash, expensive but not worth it Apartments than this is for you. Good luck! I would not recommend this place to anyone.

A true gem difficult to find in a "bad" neighborhood! Awesome manager who has kicked but and gotten rid of problematic tenants. Udi our owner and manager is a wonderful man first and foremost. He cares about his tenants and our needs. He listens to our feedback and always takes control if we see or hear of inappropriate or illegal activities. Our living environment is now gate controlled and we finally feel secure here. Units are constantly maintained and upgraded when needed. Beautiful grounds impeccably kept by on site help. Thanks to Terry for his vigilance. Over all a very happy tenant!!!

The Management/Owner, Mr. Udi Katz is a perfect gentleman, he has always worked with me over the 2.5 years I've been living here. His maintenance technician, Keith, is excellent and always responses to maintenance needs in a quick, professional, responsive manner. The grounds are impeccably keep up by Terry, on a daily basis between the professional lawn services. Management also has a weekly pool service that keeps the pool looking great throughout the year. Love the pool and use it almost daily during swimming season. I would recommend this apartment complex to people who enjoy peace and serenity in central Phoenix. Bob😁🏊‍♂️⛳
