Pavilions On Central Apartments

I love living at the Pavilions! I was in a bind to find a place and the approval process here was so easy. The layout of my unit is beautiful and the community is very well kept! Highly recommend.

The process of signing the lease, communicating with staff and moving in were so easy. The staff members responded quickly and answered all my questions. The complex is clean and offers a variety of amenities. Paying rent, receiving packages, and putting in work orders are very convenient. I also love the keyless entry into the apartment.

I love everything about living at the Pavilions! The office and maintenance staff are professional and friendly, and they quickly respond when I have a question or service request. The complex grounds are very well maintained. My neighbors are friendly and noise issues are non-existent. Although rent is a little steep, I think it's worth the cost. I live in a corner loft apartment with a garage and in-apartment washer/dryer, all of which I value. And the gated nature of the community provides a sound sense of security. All in all, I couldn't be happier living here!

Karina was extremely helpful with my move in process. She stayed late for me to be able to drop off my deposit and although I accidentally bought money orders (cashier checks are needed) she allowed me to pay via the app rather than deal with any extra hassle. She followed up consistently and when I submitted my move in checklist she made sure maintenance requests were submitted to address all of the issues and also had a touch up cleaning completed for my unit. She also noticed that I had packages delivered (I haven’t moved in fully) and called me to offer maintenance to put them inside my garage (also sent pics and confirmation when done). Moving is stressful however, the great communication, follow up, and going the extra mile helped with the transition not to mention my townhome is super nice!! I do not get the impression that any of these efforts are to appease new comers and I hope that the helpful and responsive staff will remain throughout my time at Pavilions!

I want to give Karina in the front office a shout out. As the property began to fully re-open (from COVID safety protocols) Karina has been helpful, and a pleasure to work with, catching up on non-urgent service requests! Excellent service and experience being a resident here!
