Went on a tour and there were three roaches in the unit. Safe to say I wont be living here.

Crazy story, the dog in the picture below attacked my puppy after moving in within 1 week! The owner would not keep bringing the dog if they were remorseful. Aggressive dogs are not necessarily tied to the breed. This one however doesnt need to be allowed to be at the dog park. The dog also lunged at me when I was trying to save my dog. All of the other owners, residents and dogs have been so inviting and kind, except for this one so its a bit disturbing. Love this place and love the community so far, minus this behavior

Ive been living in this complex for 3 months now, and I wasnt receiving any Conservice bills. I was not aware where my money is going as no bill was sent from San Milan. I asked them 4 times in person, and I only kept hearing Youll get the next months bill. Which I never got, and now they are ignoring my emails. Every resident get their Conservice bill by email, but they are failing to send me one for the third month now. I leased this place reading the reviews here, but I will not recommend it myself.

Amy is so amazing! She is so patient, quick to respond, professional and so kind! She made this process so easy and seamless! San Milan is a beautiful property; everything is manicured and picture perfect. You can tell the staff does care about their residents! Happy to call this my new HOME! :)

The biggest selling point of this apartment complex is their big dog park. Unfortunately they do not enforce they own rules regarding dogs. You will see Dobermans, Rottweilers, aggressive Rhodesian Ridgebacks and aggressive Pitbulls. So if you have a small and/or non aggressive dog beware of this place. Not a good experience.
