        They never answer the phone. They set showings and never follow through with them. If you live in these apartments may god be with you and your family. They suck at customer service. I really hope y’all don’t treat your residents like this. 💆🏾‍♂️

        I currently live here... The maintenance is forever spotty. They come after months. If they come at all sometimes theyll just mark the work order complete and not come at all. I work from home so Im always here and they always dont leave notes. Big roach problem. They have pest control come every week and it seems like theyre in cahoots because pest control will claim no activity when I myself have contacted maintenance and office managers with photos and video. And even caught afew myself before they scurried away. When you say you want to leave then they scramble like the roaches in the walls to try and rectify your issues.
