I moved in a few months ago and I couldn't be more happier! The staff is exceptional and have been there every step of the way with my move in. They're all extremely friendly and want to ensure my satisfaction by going the extra mile. Theyre doing lots of revamps in the apartments, so for the price your paying and the service your receiving its an excellent deal! It's a quiet apartment with easy access to the freeway and local stores like Whole Foods, Salons, restaurants and many more. The gym is nice and really quiet, so I don't feel like I need to get a gym membership at lifetime - which is across the street, if desired. The tenants mind their own and the property is very clean. I highly recommend to someone who's trying to save money but also live comfortably.

Worst apartment complex I have ever done business with. They have corrupt business practices and terrible customer service . Under no circumstance should you do business with this company .

Lived here for three years - in that time they have had 4 or 5 changes in the management staff. The pool gates would not secure; dangerous for the kids in the complex. Management placated me and did nothing - I contacted Maricopa County, who issued two violations and shut down the pools twice. As of today, there is still one pool gate that will not secure - be careful with your kids. Noise - Garbage trucks come through the complex two of three times a day - early - very, very noisy - then a guy with the sanitation company follows the trucks and cleans the garbage areas; however, he plays music very load on the radio and he leaves the car door open. Management would not address it. Landscapers start at 0700. There is no parking - good luck if you have someone who wants to visit you - long walk. Vehicle gates work maybe 50% of the time. Cox has really bad service here; goes out often. They fly the American Flag at night with no lite - I brought it to their attention 2 years ago - still not working. Fire Alarms go off all the time. There are street gang related posts ( messages, etc.) all over the area. The very expensive cars being sold on Scottsdale road use 68th street as a drag strip - very load - all day and especially on the weekends. The staff here are rude, stuckup and barely trained - good luck. If you like quiet, clean, and safety, try somewhere else - especially if you have a dog - there is no room for dogs.

Used to live here 2020 and Im now getting calls from collections for giving them a 30 day notice instead of a 60 day notice. I called to ask why, and still havent gotten an answer. And they also dont tell you that the first floor gets a deal because of the noise from all the loud cars being test driven from the car dealership next door. To top it off if youre in the first floor you can hear every step from the neighbors upstairs. Paper thin walls

My initial encounter with the office staff left much to be desired. Unfriendly, rude, and seemingly incompetent, their lack of concern became apparent from the day I moved in. To exacerbate matters, my brother's truck was vandalized, incurring $10k in paint damage. Despite reporting the incident, the office staff's response was indifferent, claiming no surveillance cameras were in place. Within the first week, my garage malfunctioned twice, compounding the stress of dealing with the aftermath of the vandalized truck. As if that wasn't enough, a month later, a sink leak surfaced, followed by the breakdown of the subpar washer two weeks after that. Requesting a replacement, I faced the office manager's unpleasant attitude, making me feel inept for seeking a solution. Despite assurances of a prompt resolution, their promises fell flat, wasting my time and leaving me unattended. Labeling themselves as luxury is a stretch; the reality is akin to putting lipstick on a pig. The units are filled with substandard fixtures, and the common areas are consistently marred by litter and the remnants of irresponsible pet ownership. Amidst these negatives, the one redeeming quality is the excellent location.
