RBG Bar and Grill

Great beers on tap, great service, but the food is pretty BASIC. What do you expect from a hotel bar and grill.

We were staying at the Radisson hotel that this restaurant is located in. We went into the restaurant and ordered dinner. We were the only ones that were dining in at that time. We ordered our meals and waited. While we were waiting for our meals to come, we observed two different times where people came in, ordered food to go, got their food, and left. After over half an hour or more had gone by, we finally asked another restaurant employee where our food was (we also need to note that our waitress who originally took our order had not come by our table to communicate with us regarding our order. She had helped the other patrons with their to go orders but never came by our table again). The other restaurant employee looked into what happened to our order. It was never given to the kitchen!! The waitress who took our order forgot to tell the kitchen!! WE WERE COMPLETELY FORGOTTEN ABOUT AND IGNORED by the waitress!! This is UNACCEPTABLE!! I dont want the waitress to lose her job but this needs to be addressed by management!

The waitress was a five but the food was a one. I ordered a Ceasars salad with steak. For $19 it was so meager that the waitress comped it. I did get an order of wings which were better. I'd return for the drinks but pass on the food.

Is a wonderful place to grab a cocktail or a bite to eat while staying at the Radisson Hotel Phoenix Airport. The staff are so attentive. It truly feels like they love what they do.
