    Has to be the worst service we've ever had!! Scheduled us for service twice and when we got there they never even had the parts! Twice in two weeks!!! Never called us like a respectable ford dealership would have!! Just come on up so we can tell you we don't have ur parts AGAIN!!! Lost all our respect!!! Called another place in town and got it done in the same day!!

    While returning home to New Mexico in our electric vehicle, we found ourselves somewhat stranded in Payson due to the complete failure of the Electrify America/APS charging station. We had some range left, but not enough to make it back to Phoenix or on to Winslow (the closest DC super charging stations). Our calls to Electrify America for support came up empty and it seemed as if we were going to have to wait and get towed back to Phoenix - - but then I called Steve Coury Ford. Kate (in the service department) saved the day! She was quick to respond, very friendly, caring and thoughtful throughout the process at a time when we needed it! She went above and beyond - allowing us to use the dealership's charger - and while we waited, recommending a local restaurant where we could eat (even printing out a map, giving us the phone number, etc.) - and finally also recommending a local park for us to visit with our dog. Thanks again so very much for your help and kindness! You made what was a frustrating and time consuming delay into a great experience. If you are in the market for a new vehicle or need service on your existing one, please give Steve Coury Ford your business. They are truly wonderful people and a great local business!

    I have had my f350 in your shop since June 9 for engine fire. I did not get a game estimate to my insurance company until July ,19th. You have received about17000 dollars plus additional 900 for repairs. I have been told so many lies about truck and repairs. Bob took over on my truck repairs and still do not have truck repaired. I am totally tired of my truck not being done. I am about to turn this matter over to lawyer to try to get resolved. Ok have been without my truck for 8 months. If the general manager does not get involved I will have to move to legal means. Roy ,Bray
