The sales department is always friendly and there is no pressure into buying a vehicle. McSpadden is willing to build a vehicle for you or try and find something. The service department is friendly and highly knowledgeable. Great Place!

My brother-in-law, and wife came from Farmington, N.M. for my sons Celebration of Life at Lake Roosevelt. On the trip, his pick-up encountered issues. As he was sitting on the side of the road talking to the service manager, trying to get help, McSpadden Ford Service Manager refused to help him. This was March 25th, 2022, a Friday. He said it would be sometime the following week. My bother-in-law asked if he was going to leave a man broke down on the side of the road, the manager side my brother-in-law shouldn't have made the trip.
McSpadden Ford has sold this family their last anything. Interesting fack: my brother-in-law limped it to us, he found the part for $96, no labor, and much better service (himself), and done in minutes. I would like to thank McSpadden Ford for being rude, and leaving my brother-in-law stranded, we saved money, time, and will never shop with them again.

We recently had a celebration of life at Roosevelt Lake, one of our family members had a vehicle problem. When he called Mcspadden for help, he was told "I didn't tell you to travel here". He was rude & hateful. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I work at a repair shop in NM, we would never treat people like that. We always have some one available for emergencies. THE WRENCH TRUCK & AUTO. FARINGTON NM
