Got a flat on way back from Bear Lake yesterday late afternoon. Stopped several times to add air. My vehicle came equipped with compressor. Air was leaking fast. Got to hotel in Payson around 7 pm, found Steve's on Google. Tried calling about half hour ago only to be hung up on, didn't even get a chance to say hello! Called back numerous time and received this recording, "your call cannot be completed at this time." What the heck is that?

Awful service. I’m stranded on the side of the road trying to get a tire and I call only to be told they’re closed till tomorrow. Then he hangs up on me and then won’t answer. Honor your “open 24 hours” or remove yourself as a business.

Unprofessional. Rude. Wish I could do -2 stars. I blew out a tire around 5:20pm and it was just me and my dog heading up to Show Low to visit my mom. Mind you, I'm from the Valley so I don't know Payson very well because I just pass through. So I didn't know exactly where I was at and thought I outside of Payson. Also when I looked up closing times for tire shops, it seemed like all of them closed at 5:30pm. So even if I could change my tire in 10 minutes, it would take longer to get to a tire shop and get my tire replaced. So like any other girl alone in a new area, I start feeling scared and call my mom. She looks up and finds Steve's mobile tire & road service is open 24hours! She calls and tells him the kind of tire I have and a general area of where she thought I was at (she said 87 when I was actually on 260 near the ranger station) he quotes her $100 and tells her to have me call him. So after seeing where I was on a map, I called him and he answers. He just said "Hello." in a groggy voice. I reply saying my mom just called and before I could stay telling him where I really was, he interrupts me. "What kind of tire is it?" He is slurring at this point. So I tell him what tire it is and his next question was where was I. Not really thinking of my wording, I say " I think I'm on the 260 just past the rangers station" He goes "you think? I have a x amount ton truck driving down the road, your mom said you were on the 87" I reply "well i just checked it on the map and it says 260 by the rangers station" He retorts "oh well you're still in payson, it's going to be $300 bucks" "$300?" I ask cause he had quoted $100 to my mom. "Yeah, you can shop around sweetheart, I'm not offended" he says pretty rudely. "Ok I will, bye." In my opinion, he probably heard my younger voice and thought he could take advantage of me not knowing much about the area or about tires. Also he probably spout out some outrageous number because he was already drinking by that time. I ended up finding out that Firestone was open until 7pm and Brandon was amazingly helpful and really professional!
