        We purchased a Park Model this spring and enjoy our neighbors. Everyone we've met is friendly and the support staff very helpful! Amenities include the pool, hot tub, card room, pool tables, library, and kitchen in the clubhouse. All is clean and well-lit. This is quiet and peaceful community.

        This park is the by far, the BEST on the river, from the dam to Blythe. . . . both sides / states ! The line to buy here is L O N G , so cruise through daily and bring Cash, because they sell with-in two days !
