Hi there! We are sorry to hear of your unpleasant experience at our restaurant. Our restrooms were in DIRE need of a remodel and unfortunately it has taken a little bit longer than expected due to issues out of our control. We are a pet friendly resort and we pride ourselves on that. There are dogs as allowed by federal law and we cannot ask for documentation proving they are a service animal. Dogs that bark are warned and we ask them to leave if the barking continues. It sounds like the restaurant was very busy and maybe we missed the specific dog barking multiple times. We always have a manager on site to address any issues. Were you able to ask for a manager? If you can please provide a date and approximate time, we would like to look further into who was your server and what may have happened regarding your order. Again, our sincerest apologies and we ask that you come back and give us another try! There will be a gift certificate waiting for you should you want to come back :).
