First time=last time!! Unless you're used to this style of camping/RVing ... 98% of these spots are like camping in an RV storage lot!! Literally, slide out to slide out. Had the 4 page details given at check-in been on the website of space sizes etc..., I would have never booked here!! Glad we were only committed to 1 week. NEVER again!! Upside... great restaurant and bar on-site and beautiful sunsets.

if you enjoy camping in terrible uneven sites then you will love it here . Very noisy with racing motors of 4 wheelers almost constant . I will never be back ! Service : 2/5 | Location : 1/5 More

Stayed a couple of nights here. Seems to be mostly Snowbirds this time of year (Feb) staying here. The space we had was waterfront, and only 50 or so feet from the water. It was nice with a large concrete patio area. Ours had some travertine, making it larger. There is a nice walkway that stretches for almost a mile to the North between the RV spaces and the Bungalos. The bungalos are pretty much one to every other space, but the snowbirds were well entrenched in them, so I don't think you could get one if you wanted. There is a small store in the office and the Black Pearl restaurant is right next door. They have a huge outdoor patio/bar area. All in all, a great place to stay. I recommend trying it!
