Take lots of pictures if you rent from here. Expect mystery repair charges. They take a $1000 deposit and try and get as much of that from you as you can. My experience was returning the boat, it getting inspected on the dock and told everything was A ok. A few days later my card is billed. The secretary called and said she was told to charge my card and it was in the contract. I asked for a manager and never heard back. These guys are scammers, just read the reviews.

I should have read the reviews. What a scam. On return of the rental the guy checked out the boat and said everything looked great. Two days later, they called and said I needed to buy a new prop. When I asked them to not bill me until I spoke to a manger the lady on the phone got angry and hung up on me. Not a good look trying to rip off a bunch of officers.

Worst experience of my life!! Holly was extremely rude. We waiting to get our boat and she said that we werent there. We were there at 10:00 and was seeing if the man was at his station. He didnt get there until after 2:00 and the wanted us to still pay for the whole day. They also charged our account multiple times and our card went on fraud charges. She then tells us shes charging us for a day that we didnt even get the boat and shes keeping out deposit. She then goes on to saying that the reason we were having issues is because we dont have money in our account!!!!! Really!!! She was so unprofessional!!! For a record there was money in out account. Never again will I deal with these people again. There was also another couple before us that was complaining that they put down a 200.00 deposit and it wasnt taken off their full amount!! Stay way!!!

Customer service was bad. Very unorganized and not punctual to meet to get boat signed out.

I talked to a lady that told me they were sold out for the weekend. Apparently I inconvenienced her by asking if they had anything available for Monday. She was very rude and not very helpful.
