This is the worst Sonic I've ever been to. We pulled up to one of the order boards I pushed the button and sat there for 10 mins waiting for someone to come on to take our order. All the while watching 5 or 6 vehicles drive up order, get their food, and leave. We finally got out went to the tables and ordered from there. They order was wrong. I ordered large tots and drink and was brought out medium. The burger was so greasy I couldn't eat but half of it. The tots were hard as a rock. My drink, which I ordered with no ice, was packed with ice and watery. While eating a guy, who apparently worked there, walked up asked us to tell his boss he needed help and started seizing. I walked into the place told them, they called him by name but did nothing. We waited about 5 mins for someone to come help him. When no one did my daughter walked in told them they needed to get this guy help. It was then that 1 of the employees came out. This guy was in the middle of the seating area seizing and noone came to help him. Not only do they gave poor customer service, but they didn't give 2 hoots that someone was siezing in their dining area.

Sonic is my favorite fast food place, but this location stands out from the pack. I've had consistently fresh and good food from here, and great employees. Thanks and I'll return again

We sat at the drive up menus and waited for a long time for no one to answer so I placed a mobile order. Food was very bad BBQ popcorn chicken was crunchy and had no chicken in it also had a tiny drizzle of BBQ and looked nothing like the picture. Overall gross experience

We ordered 2 sauces jumbo popcorn chicken dinner, both were overcooked and no meat left. Does the pic looked like the menu, or sauced or jumbo? Horrible, but the milkshake was good

Extremely disappointed! I am convinced that this location does not care to have any repeat customers. I ordered 2 of their grilled cheese sandwiches. This is about the simplest food item possible to cook. No one could mess that up right? Well this Sonic proved that wrong. Opening up the first grilled cheese I was disappointed to see that neither side had been buttered, or even grilled! Literally it looked like they put cheese between two pieces of bread and microwaved it to melt it! They left the grilled out of the grilled cheese. Gross. The second grilled cheese had an end slice of bread and was just as bad as it seemed it also skipped getting grilled. Add worse to worse, they were also out of ketchup that evening. And the milkshakes came runny. It wasnt very busy so no excuse there. We had brought the food back to the hotel before checking it which was a big mistake. Check your food before you leave. On the positive side, they were quick to take our order and deliver the food to the car at one of the drive in stalls. Just wish they would have spent a little more time finishing making the food before brining it to us.
