Little Caesars Pizza

This is the worst Little Caesars ever! They have no customer service skills and routinely refuse to cook what I order. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Purchased for the kids. I shuda got cheese pizza they didn't care for pepperoni. But I loved it.

I love coming here. But today I've had the worst experience ever. I had my daughter come in to order. She had a big bill. She also asked if they had change for the bill. The assistant manager said they had. When she came back I've counted the money that was given back. I went to talk to the assistant manager but she could not give me the right change. I've told her that she's suppose to count money back to make sure it was the right amount. But she than told me that I had to wait till end of day for my change. She also gave a terrible attitude. Refused to give me my money. Than her boyfriend who is manager did not knowledge costumer first. He end up saying stuff that wasn't about the change. Management here is terrible. But I love the pizza.

This is the best run Little Caesars Pizza I've ever visited. The app worked flawlessly. The alerts were accurate. The order was ready when the alert came. Food was hot and delicious.

Would do 1 star but the younger employees there are pretty nice and seem to work pretty hard. But the management or supervisor or whoever the lady with a rude attitude didnt seem to understand how to treat customers. I dont understand how youre tasked with training and hiring people with social skills like that. Also boggles my mind on how hard it is to give an extra couple FREE condiments with your order but seem likes too much to ask at this place management needs changed
