Canyon Boat Rentals

BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!! FRAUD ALERT!!! STOLE MY MONEY!!! This place took my $4000.00 for a rental I pre-booked for July 2022 and I've been calling them for two weeks and no one is answering, voicemail is full, and it seems that there is shady business with owners selling the business and not being responsive to customer calls, emails and text messages. The local authorities (police, Chamber of Commerce, and National Park Service) have been contacted and criminal action will be taken. The State's Attorney General's office will also be contacted for legal proceedings. Give notice to your credit card companies and know that your reservations may not be met. Sad state of affairs!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! The staff here is amazing. We had issues with the previous owners Nathan and Emily Collins. But the new staff is super professional and took care of us.

We just had an AWESOME day because of Canyon Boat Rentals! From booking, to departure, to arrival, everything was so smooth, easy, and communicative. Nathan helped me with a payment issue initially in an extremely timely and friendly matter. At boat pick-up today, Matt immediately went above and beyond. He gave us advice, answered questions, walked us through everything, and even helped us locate where he was. Additionally, he kept a great attitude in the middle of a very busy work day. We are so grateful Canyon took the time to host us so graciously and provide such an amazing experience. HIGHLY recommend!

It was an amazing experience. We rented a couple jet skis for our group of friends. The service provided by Matt and his boss was phenomenal. Definitely a Must try even if your first time jet ski.

Even though we had to cancel our rentals due to crazy weather, Nathan was very understanding and communicative. We will definitely be renting from them in May when we come back just because of the ease and service he provided us.
