        Worst rental experience ever! We rented 2 jet skis for 3 days, paid the deposit and rental fees up front, and ended up having motor issues during our rental period. They took the entire deposit, PLUS $2500 extra but would not provide receipts or an itemized list of repairs needed. AFTER PAYING ALL OF THE EXTRA FEES our card was charged an additional $1800 with no learning or phone call from this company at all. charging credit cards without authorization is not only immoral it’s illegal. Horrible business practices all around.

        Called to rent a jet ski and they didn’t want to rent because we were not renting more than one jet ski.Also the lady answering was worried about our age and renting to us for no apparent reason. I do not recommend this business as reliable.

        Me and my wife rented a jet ski, but the morning of our rental the owner called and cancel on us due to weather... except there were clear skies all day. The owner called us, and was extremely rude. Very disappointed and extremely frustrated - defiantly not going back - and would not recommend. Go to H20 Zone instead!
