    Jason and his crew were awesome. They came out for an asbestos abatement job for me and were at my house and working less than an hour after I called them. Very reasonably priced and his guys were very thorough. Would highly recommend to anyone.

    I had a sewer back up Christmas day (Merry Christmas to me). I called my insurance company to report the claim and they referred me to one of their restoration companies they work with. I got a hold of them to set up an appointment for them to come out an access the damage. They were super nice to me and set up the appointment for the next day. I called my boss to let him know what was going on and that’s when he referred Contact Restoration to me. I am so glad he did. I spoke with Jason who spent almost an hour on the phone with me going over EVERY SINGLE STEP. He was super thorough, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. He kept telling me, “even if you don’t use my company….” He asked me several times if I had questions and answered every single one. He gave me so much information up front, even though we hadn’t agreed to work together at this point. You could tell he’s passionate about what he does and is there to help… not just collect a check. I immediately knew I was going to use his company. It just felt right. I AM SO GLAD I DID! I called the other company to cancel my appointment and was treated so rudely. I couldn’t believe the woman I spoke to just an hour previous, who was super pumped and “excited” to help me, was now beyond rude. She cut me off mid-sentence and hung up on me in the end. WOW. AGAIN… so glad I went with Contact. They walked me through every step of the process. They were always just a call away. Between Jason and Joe, I knew I had someone in my corner. They showed up on time for every appointment, they did a great job protecting the rest of my house, and took care of the problem as fast and as thorough as possible. They were an absolute dream to work with in the midst of a very unfortunate experience. I hope I’ll never have to use them again (no more sewer back ups please!) but if I do they’ll be the only company I call and the only company I’d ever refer. Great job, Contact Restoration. Your customer service is beyond impressive.

    Awesome company. Came home to a water break in the kitchen. A friend recommended these guys for the water damage. I called my home owners insurance, USAA, and they had no problem recommending these guys as well. Jason came to our rescue. The estimate was very reasonable. If you want fast service, an honest estimate, plus quality repairs, Contact Restoration is THE place to call. Thank you Jason and Laura!

    Make sure you tarp correctly so that additional (bigger) damage doesn't occur costing the homeowner and insurance company much more money for repairs. I am very disappointed in what has happened to my daughter's bedroom floor. It's not right! Then, when asked what you could do to make things better and I explained all that happened, I was told to call so you could take a look at it. When I called, I was told it was an insurance issue and to call my insurance adjuster. It should not have been an insurance issue since the floor damage wouldn't have occurred if the roof was tarped properly the first time. Insurance didn't give me enough money to cover as much damage as occurred, so I'm just basically screwed out of a lot of money, and my good wood floor, that I could only afford to replace with laminent. Oh, and the contractor said the floor should have been lifted at the time of the leak because it might have saved it from further damage and mold that he found under it.
