Dr. Miracle was professional, attentive and caring when examining my dog. The staff was very nice as well. I would highly recommend Exceptional Pets to my family and friends!

I'm beyond heartbroken. I went here after someone on nextdoor recommended them because they have a friend that works there that is competent and can work with high energy wiggly breeds. My dog is a Queensland Blue Heeler. I was hoping they would be successful with doing my dogs nails. I gave her gabapentin and trizadone last night to hopefully help. Her nails are so long she's starting to limp because her feet hurt. Called a few days ago set everything up, the only vaccine they asked about was rabies. I show up for appointment with her records and find out they require all vaccines be up to date [Bordetella, lepratosis, parvo, flu, and rabies] They neglected neglected to disclose on phone. She is up to date on all except Bordetella which I can't afford at this time. I am disabled on disability and have to stick to tight budget. I sold a pair of shoes to pay for this nail trim. They offered to get her updated with a $145 exam + $48 Bordetella + $25 nail trim. I can't nearly afford that price tag. They had zero compassion for my girl walking with tender feet.
