Ordered an item in June. Called in July for an update and they said that it was "out for powdercoating" and would ship any day now. Fast forward another month, they don't pick up the phone. Emails go unanswered, phone calls still unanswered. Filed a dispute and got my money back this week.

Placed an order 8/17/2020, called and spoke with an associate that said my product would be shipped any day now, hadn't received product a month later. On 9/14/2020, I found out that the store has closed permanently...

Can’t get a hold of anyone one phone, have been trying for weeks now. Ordered an Annex and trying to find outbid it was in. Hopefully I can get a hold of someone soon.

Hellooooo Sierra Expeditions. Please answer my email and telephone calls. I just want to know if the OZ Tent I ordered is in stock and when will it be shipped. I contacted PayPal because you do not respond. You charged my credit card. How do you run a business when you don't respond to a customer?????

I'm hoping that I will need to edit this review in a few days... I'm trying to be understanding and patient. I know, with COVID, things are complicated, but...
Like the rest of the 1 star reviews here, I ordered from Sierra Expeditions online. Original Order Date: 06/12/2020 07:10pm. On Jun 25, I had not received any communication from them, including an estimated shipping date, only the original order confirmation on June 12. I emailed, asking when the ARB awning I purchased would arrive. No response. When I called on July 1st, I was told the estimated shipping would be sometime in August because COVID stuff... understandable. Finally, on August 1, I gave up. A refund was promised, but never received. I did receive a "cancelled order" email on August 5. I sent another email on August 12... No response. I called again on August 24. I was told that the refund was being manually forced to my account. Today, September 1... Still no refund in my bank account, so I call again. The same guy that I have talked to every time said there was a button he had overlooked, and reassured that the refund was being issued.
At this point, I imagine this chubby, bearded d-bag, laying in a beanbag, answering phone calls, making empty promises, and thinking about how all those years of being a telemarketer are paying off now that he is the one running the scam.
