It's unfortunate I have to write a negative review, but they damaged my vehicle and are ignoring my contact attempts at getting this resolved in a quiet and private manner. The bed liner itself seems good, only time will tell though. Unfortunately they damaged one of the bolts for one of the tie down hooks in the bed and it sticks out a good 5/8" from where it should. It will not tighten nor will it come out and it is likely the threads in the body that are stripped. So now I have to take time out of my day to write this review because the owner is to lazy and unethical to replace a $6 part from the damage caused by the $500 bed liner I paid for. I have yet to be able to wash the vehicle and inspect for any further damage, hopefully this is the only thing I find.
