If you are looking for a quality piece of equipment? I highly recommend this location. All my questions were answered by Lacey. She was very knowledgeable about their products and the pricing was exceptional. I purchased a trailer from Lacey. No hidden fees. Very transparent transaction. Amidst the covid pandemic. Other retailer have been gouging the prices due to lack of availability on inventory. To my surprise, the prices at Big Tex were only a hundred or two over pre covid. Not 500 to 1000 over retail. Thank you Lacey for all your help. My next trailer will be at your Big Tex location.

David and the staff were great. Got tied of being jerked around by the online trailer joints and decided to stop by BigTex. They have the same products as the online stores with the added convenience of personal service. You don't have to make an appointment to meet someone. Just walk in. Priced exactly like all the others. Save yourself the time and hassle. Stop in and see these guys if you need a trailer.

The only thing better than the quality of the trailer we bought was the quality of the service provided. Staff were super helpful and friendly. And the price we paid for a brand new trailer was lower than what we found in craigslist or Facebook marketplace for used trailers!! The manager, Michael, treated us like we were family. Photo is of the new 20 trailer behind our super C RV. Well use it to haul our car and bikes.
