This company is extremely professional and goes above and beyond their service is exceptional I deal with them often and they always provide spectacular service I definitely recommend this company for anybody that has big truck or trailer needs

Highly recommend the service here. I coordinate repairs all over the country and Amber and her crew were great! Got my truck right in and fixed quickly. My customer was happy and that is important.

The people in the office are the worst when it comes to customer service about your vehicle being worked on. Zero communication and zero ability to fix it. I dont think they have competent mechanics to do the work and clearly have the worst staff to communicate with customers. I'm not being a jerk, this is me being nice. Just avoid Diversified. We won't be buying any more trailers from them either(and we have a nice dump trailer from them). It's October of 23, I've had a truck there since July of 23. It's been there for this long after spending $5k previously for the same problem. They need to admit they can't/ are unable to do the job..I'm sure if any employees read this that they know exactly what vehicle I'm talking about.
