The bottom line for anyone considering this company is to read other reviews. My issues were, sadly, not unique. Reply to the owner on 4/7/24: Congrats Sir, you almost got me to take your bait of lies and twisted facts to make me look like a crazy customer. Nice try. Your flare for the dramatic is impressive, though, bestie. If the Project Manager who didn't communicate so we asked be replaced (its cute you call that kicking off the job) was your Head of Construction, perhaps you should give him time to run his department instead of individual projects. I hope your staffing choices have changed since our project was impacted. You and I both know the "indecision" you speak of was actually an ego problem with your team. I kept pushing your team to acknowledge the steps were wrong as a full 2 foot (24 inch) drop from the last step to the pool floor is unsafe and impractical. It took your head of warranty work coming onsite at the rebar stage and (very quickly) agreeing I had been right all along. When your team offered options, I agreed while standing in the pool that day. No indecision there. The final $2500 payment has not been requested. As I told your warranty office many times, we're happy to pay that once the pool interior was complete. While I recall a verbal discussion you and I had in which you said, Well do whats right. I see our definitions of what is right are different. So send your bill and it will be paid, Sir. My phone number remains the same. A call from you would finally satisfy the 4 requests Ive made to talk to you that have remained unanswered until I was left no choice but to air your dirty secrets. I'll leave the judgement on your work quality to the multiple vendors we've had to hire (and over $2500 we've spent) to fix issues we chose to handle ourselves instead of through you. I have low expectations given you find working electrical and functional floor cleaning heads "unnecessary post build repairs." - - RUN! As fast and as far as you can from this company. We began our pool-building process with them in March of 2021. We are now 3 full years later and STILL working out poor craftsmanship, terrible communication, and overall lack of ownership on their account. They move fast to take your money and move slower than snail's pace to do the work and meet their warranty needs. Major timeline dates to share the painful story: * March 25, 2021 - Initial on-site consultation * April 23, 2021 - Initial Deposit (lots of requests from us for communication and updates) * Aug 11, 2021 - lines drawn for initial dig * Sept 1, 2021 - pool hole dug (rebar and plumping done at reasonable pace) * Dec 8, 2021 - We notified them the steps were incorrect. There was a 24 inch drop from the last step to the bottom of the pool...they claimed it was "normal". In what world?! (LOTS of back and forth where we, homeowners, had to prove they did their job wrong) * Jan 11, 2022 - they finally acknowledged it was built wrong and agreed to re-do the work and charge us for their screw up. (various things done and increasingly slow pace) * June 26, 2022 - Water in the pool (Since the build we have had the warranty people out here for the interior MULTIPLE times because they screwed up near two in-floor cleaning heads and had to do repairs.) * Jan 2023 - After first repairs. They did a terrible job matching the interior color (first set of photos). * June 27, 2023 - Warranty department finally acknowledged the need for change and scheduled a repair for "later in the year" * Dec 6, 2023 - Warranty department confirmed the repair would happen a week later. (6...yes SIX reschedules later) * March 1, 2024 - And their most recent "fix" resulted in this left over on the bench. They are so bad that many of the contracting companies chose to change their name to remove any reference to "Premier" or refuse to work with Premier again more. That says more than I ever could as a customer. They are absolutely horrible and don't stand by the work. I will tell anyone who asks to work with ANYONE BUT Premier Pool and Spas.

I had a great experience having my new pool built with Premier. I signed the contract on 01/20/24 and my pool was swim ready by April 5th. This is even with losing 1-2 weeks of construction time with rain. Keith, my designer, was great and helped me through the whole process. My construction supervisor, Bryant, was great as well, always stopping by to make sure everything was going well. I admit I was a little concerned seeing some other reviews, but my experience was great. I would recommend Premier to anyone looking to build a pool.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Premier Pools for our pool construction project, and it was nothing short of an excellent experience. From the very beginning, the communication was top-notch. Joel, our project manager, was truly amazing - his attention to detail and commitment to keeping us informed every step of the way were remarkable. He ensured that all our questions were answered promptly, and his professional demeanor made the entire process seamless. Additionally, Bryant played a crucial role in ensuring that all our concerns were addressed to our satisfaction. His willingness to go the extra mile and ensure we were comfortable and informed was truly appreciated. Its not every day you come across a team so dedicated to customer satisfaction. We highly recommend Premier Pools to anyone looking to embark on a pool project. Their exceptional service, coupled with the quality of their work, makes them stand out in the industry. Thank you, Premier Pools, for making our dream pool a reality!
