Cardinal Pool Service

Well should have read the reviews before I called them haha. Please go anywhere but here, communication with Tad and the office lady is horrendous. Didnt show up for the very first service bc they forgot to add me to the route even tho they called me twice to run my card. Pool is green now due to two weeks no service! Hard pass

I wont recommend this company. We got over charged $800 just for draining pool water and re-fill when we just moved to Arizona. Stay away from this company.

Used them for about 6 months. Don't go by what is on the website as work preformed. We were paying $120 per month for cleaning, sweeping, vacuuming when needed and chemicals. Well after repeated phone calls about the service not sweeping the whole pool. Leaving lines like he skipped every other foot. And instead of netting the bottom of the pool. He swept all the leaves to the main drain and clogged the screen. When I called about not vacuuming I was told by the receptionist "We don't vacuum pools" I explained there website said they did when needed. She asked "Do you have a vacuuming attachment? Well there you go" that is not proper customer service. As a contractor and business owner myself. I would expect to be fired after that. I gave one last chance and no better service was no better. Look else where and save your pool, time, and headache.
