Silver Creek Inn Memory Care Community

My grandpa doesnt have a google account but these are his words: My wife is a resident at Silver Creek. I have been very impressed with the personal touch that the personnel have in interacting with residents and their families-all way from administration to maintenance. They have recently added an activities director Jane Congaman and she has given activities for residents a very big boost. She demonstrates a personal interest and love for the resdients. Her activities are very interactive and uplifting. Jane certainly demonstrates the standard of excellence to which Silver Creek is committed. Thanks Jane. - Russell Dell Th.D.

I moved my mom here at the end of September and couldnt be happier! They have a very full daily activity calendar and make sure to include everyone. They bake, dance, watch movies, go on outings and thats only part of it. The staff gets to know all of us by name and it feels like home. My mom LOVES it and so do I. They have been a true comfort and blessing.

Silver Creek is a wonderful community designed for folks that have Alzheimers/Dementia. From their training of their employees, incredible activities, delicious food, the purposeful design and decorations, you will absolutely love it. Highly recommend Silver Creek.

Silver Creek is an outstanding memory care facility specifically for individuals with dementia. The management at this facility is exceptional, and they all truly care about the residents, and the residents' families. About 4 months ago, I moved my mother from another memory care facility in Mesa. Silver Creek has proven to be a superior facility, with a very professional staff. I clearly made the right decision. One example of excellence at Silver Creek is the Activities Director, Jane Congmon. Jane is simply one of a kind. She is a caring, and highly qualified Activities Director, with a passion for her work and her residents. Jane's creativity and thoughtfulness is evident in all activities. Furthermore, her activities truly engage the residents. This is extremely important for dementia patients, and Jane is the primary reason I moved my mother to Silver Creek. I want my mother to be as active as possible as her dementia progresses. Jane makes this happen by planning and leading meaningful activities. The residents are continually engaged, using their minds and enjoying different activities. The musicians that Jane schedules for activities are outstanding, and I only wish that the facility could add more music-related events. Music is wonderful form of therapy for individuals with dementia. Jane does an outstanding job as Activities Director, and she is a true angel. I highly recommend Silver Creek.
