I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the experience I encountered today with Valkyrie Protection Agency. Unfortunately, my encounter with one of your security personnel, Ms. M. Mellon, around 3:30 pm between the Walmart parking lot and Planet Fitness, left me with serious concerns about the agency's professionalism and adherence to ethical standards. During this incident, I felt subjected to discriminatory profiling and witnessed an unjustifiable use of force while I was simply going about my business. Ms. Mellon's approach was both aggressive and unwarranted, creating an environment that lacked the necessary balance between security measures and the respect for individual rights, even on private premises. Ms. Mellon's behavior included making false statements, engaging in harassment, and demonstrating a lack of understanding regarding the concept of appropriate conduct. Her actions, such as excessive force on my vehicle and knocking on my window, were completely uncalled for. It's disheartening to note that she treated me unfairly, and I believe this treatment was influenced by my race. I want to emphasize that I have observed others parking in the same location without facing similar aggression. Moreover, I am affiliated with individuals who conduct business on the property, making this incident all the more perplexing. I urge you, specifically Mr. Joshua Thompson, to address this matter promptly. It is crucial that Ms. Mellon undergoes retraining in professionalism, unbiased conduct, and accurate communication. Additionally, I find it concerning that I have been unable to reach a supervisor to convey this information, as open communication is paramount in addressing and resolving such issues. In summary, my encounter with Valkyrie Protection Agency has been nothing short of disappointing. I HAVE to write this for Tyler Tabor. Here I am at 11:30PM on a Saturday night in a panic because I couldn't find my ID. I accidentally tossed my ID out of my pocket when grabbing my room card at the Grand Plaza hotel in Chandler, AZ. I lost it on the sub roof of my hotel. My wife and I looked everywhere for it and after informing Tyler he made a point and a promise to do his best to find my ID. After several minutes with Tyler's help he managed to find my ID and get me home. Tyler, thank you so much. It's people like you that make other's lives better. With love, Michael & Stacy
