Having had personal experience with Farmers Insurance for personal insurance, we chose to get a quote from the Frank Margiotta Agency for our business insurance. We were, and continue to be very pleased with the service that this agency provides! Sharon is simply amazing, and always so pleasant, Stevia goes out of her way to help you out, explain things and get the job done. Frank is probably the most knowledgeable insurance agent that I have ever met..........and I have known quite a few. I would highly recommend the Frank Margiotta Agency for any insurance needs!!

Terrible customer service. They tried to force us to bundle our auto after we told them we didn't want to use them since we were getting a way better rate from GEICO (half the price). They now are trying to charge us 80 dollars since we didn't bundle, which was stated before we started the policy. They are unwilling to remove the fee even though it was there error. Looking elsewhere for home insurance. Sharon Was very rude. Its very sad that they will not own up to there own mistakes.

I have had Frank as my insurance agent for 16 years. He has my home, car, life etc. He and his staff has gone above and beyond for me on several occasions. They treat every customer like family. He made me get life insurance after having my first child. Something I never had thought about! I know Frank and his team always have my back.
