This is the worst agent Ive ever dealt with with State Farm been with him for 35 years and in two different states never received any follow up nothing to increase coverages or anything for my house or my cars shopped around saved $100 a month switching to a different company with the same coverage canceled it a one weekend of the renewal of paying $200 and got $31 back go somewhere else do not use this agent youre out there on your own youre just paying bills and theyre collecting their commissions I just read your response I have not been with you 15 years Ive been with you possibly six so thats not correct. Ive called your office multiple times and I think Ive received a return call to my questions maybe half the time the rest the time I give up and call corporate I wouldve gotten out of your office three or four years ago but Im to be honest just too lazy to look for another insurance company, so no it hasnt been 15 years. Its been about six and I have never received any correspondence from your company in advance to raise my policy to check to make sure my coverage is OK if I need to add anything additional which Ive gotten from every other State Farm agent since Ive had you guys or state farm since I was 25 and Im 62 now so no the grass will be greener and if its not a water it have a great day
