If there was a way to rate the service we have received as zero I would do so. He is a nice individual but his follow up on policies lacks big time. We bought a newer vehicle and he didn't upgrade the insurance to collision. He just left it. As a result we are now out of pocket for repairs. HE DIDNT DO HIS JOB. Do not use!!!!!

I did not want to write this review however I have no choice after being ignored and an issue put off for way too long effecting my work. I purchased what I thought was permanent makeup artist insurance. However, after 8 months of paying into a policy I found out I was not insured at all. I found out from the insurance company that I was insured as an aesthetician although I am not an aesthetician. When he filled out an online application from a third party who actually held the policy he checked “no” for permanent makeup. However, this is the only service I perform. The company advised me it would’ve kicked the application into a denial status had he clicked yes. He never offered to refund any of my money even after I asked. So not only did I pay into a policy that didn’t protect or pertain to my line of business BUT I was also working uninsured which is super risky to say the least. This also happened to my friend whom he did the same thing to! At this point I’m done trying to recoup anything and am just going to make other aware. BEWARE! He clearly didn’t listen in the beginning to what I needed in order to be insured.
